Starting at $110 per cut (<100m2)


Our ESSENTIAL plan is a simple, entry-level solution to keep your lawn neat, healthy and presentable - without the hassle. It’s designed for reliable results with minimal effort, improving colour, density and overall strength.


What’s included:


  • 23 professional mowing services to keep the lawn consistently neat, tidy and well presented.
  • Granular fertiliser to drive steady, healthy growth year-round (excludes winter)
  • Summer wetting agent applications to enhance water penetration, improve retention, and reduce heat and drought stress.
  • Targeted post-emergent weed control (3 applications per year) to suppress weeds, with some breakthrough expected.
  • Annual aeration services to relieve compaction and improve air, water, and nutrient movement.

  • Complete granular fertilising program + monthly liquid fertiliser applications to drive colour, density and sustained growth.
  • Monthly soil health treatments to strengthen root development and improve long-term soil performance.
  • Seasonal wetting agent applications in spring and summer to maximise water efficiency and reduce heat stress.
  • Year-round insect control to protect turf against turf destroying insects.
  • Full-spectrum weed management program combining scheduled pre-emergent treatments with responsive post-emergent control to manage both annual and perennial weeds*
  • 2 x annual aeration services to relieve compaction and improve air, water, and nutrient movement.
  • 1 x Scarification / dethatching service to reduce thatch buildup, improve airflow, nutrient uptake, and turf density.
